Your Weekly Digest

A short email every Monday morning with what your team asked, where the gaps are, and what changed — no logging in required.

Your Virtual Operations Agent reaches out to you once a week with a Digest — a short, friendly email summarizing what's been happening with your agent. It arrives so you stay informed without ever having to log in and go looking.

When it arrives

  • Monday mornings, around 8 AM in your agent's time zone.
  • If that Monday is a U.S. federal holiday, it waits until the next business day.

What's inside

  • A management summary — the highest-value moments of the week, written so you can forward it straight to your leadership.
  • Usage — how much your team used the assistant this week.
  • Top questions — the themes your team asked about most.
  • Where the assistant struggled — topics where the answer didn't land. That doesn't always mean content is missing — sometimes it exists and wasn't found — so these are cues to review, and you can reply to the email to have us check or add material.
  • Answers marked unhelpful — when workers give an answer a thumbs-down in the app, the Digest tells you what fell short and suggests the content that would fix it (topics only — never who asked or what they typed).
  • One suggested next step — a single, clear thing you might want to do.

Good to know

  • Your first Digest comes once your agent has had a little time to gather real activity (about a week of use with enough conversations). An empty Digest wouldn't tell you anything, so it waits until there's something worth sending.
  • One Digest per agent. If you manage more than one agent, you'll get one Digest for each — kept separate on purpose, so each stays focused.
  • Want something changed or have a question about what you see? Just reply to the Digest — it's a normal email thread with your Virtual Operations Agent.

The emails your agent sends you

The Digest (Mondays) is about your agent's activity. You may also get a short weekly Newsletter (Wednesdays) highlighting one thing your Virtual Operations Agent can do; a monthly Content Analysis Report (first Wednesday) on which Knowledge Base documents get used; and — only after a week with no messages to your team — a short note with ready-to-send message ideas. Every one of them can be replied to like a normal email.
