Your Weekly Digest
A short email every Monday morning with what your team asked, where the gaps are, and what changed — no logging in required.
Your Virtual Operations Agent reaches out to you once a week with a Digest — a short, friendly email summarizing what's been happening with your agent. It arrives so you stay informed without ever having to log in and go looking.
When it arrives
- Monday mornings, around 8 AM in your agent's time zone.
- If that Monday is a U.S. federal holiday, it waits until the next business day.
What's inside
- Activity highlights — how much your team used the assistant this week.
- Top Knowledge Gaps — questions your team asked that the Knowledge Base couldn't answer well. These are your best cues for what to add next.
- Recent additions — what's new in the Knowledge Base.
- One suggested next step — a single, clear thing you might want to do.
Good to know
- Your first Digest comes once your agent has had a little time to gather real activity (about a week of use with enough conversations). An empty Digest wouldn't tell you anything, so it waits until there's something worth sending.
- One Digest per agent. If you manage more than one agent, you'll get one Digest for each — kept separate on purpose, so each stays focused.
- Want something changed or have a question about what you see? Just reply to the Digest — it's a normal email thread with your Virtual Operations Agent.
Digest vs. NewsletterThe Digest is about your agent's activity. You may also get a short weekly Newsletter highlighting one thing your Virtual Operations Agent can do — that one's about features, not your data.
