Your Recognition Report

A weekly look at who on your team is actually using the Agent — stars, Awards and a spreadsheet with a row per person. Optional, and available on request.

If Recognition is switched on for your Agent, your Virtual Operations Agent emails you a Recognition Report once a week, after the week closes. It tells you who on your team is engaging with the Agent, and names the people who did most.

Recognition is optional and off unless you ask for it. If you have never had one of these emails, that is why.

What is in it

  • A short summary of the week — how many of your team were scored, how many actually earned a point, the average among those who did, and which way stars moved. Written so you can forward it.
  • The week's Awards, named. The top performer at each location, and the most consistent person. When you run several locations, the Awards are grouped under each one.
  • A spreadsheet, one row per team member: their location, role, points, how many days they used the Agent meaningfully, their weekly result, their stars, their rank, and any Awards or Badges.

One number is easy to misread, so it is worth stating plainly: the count of people scored includes everyone, even those who did nothing all week. The count of people active is the ones who earned at least one point, and the average is calculated among those only.

Ask for it whenever you want it

You do not have to wait for the weekly email, or go looking for one you have lost.

Reply to any email from your Agent and ask for the recognition report. It arrives in your inbox a few minutes later, with the spreadsheet attached.

You will get the most recent week your team has already been told about — the same report that was sent on the schedule, word for word, so anything you have already quoted from it still matches. The subject line says it is the copy you asked for, so nobody mistakes it for the week's report arriving twice.

A few things worth knowing:

  • If the current week has not finished yet, you get the last one that was reported. A week is reported only after it has closed AND your team have been shown their own results, so for a short while after a week ends the latest report is still the one before it.
  • If Recognition is not switched on for your Agent, your Agent will say so rather than send you an empty report.
  • If Recognition has only just been switched on and no week has completed, there is nothing to send yet.

What your team sees

Your team sees their own stars on the home screen, a leaderboard for their own location showing first names and last initials, and the Awards and Badges they have earned. Someone outside the top ten sees their own position and nothing about anyone else.

They are also told, in plain words in the app, that their score and achievements are reported to management every week. We would rather your team hear that from the app than work it out later.

Turning it on

Reply to any email from your Agent and ask. We will talk through how the week should be set up — which day it starts, and how it would read for your team — before anything changes for them.
