List Knowledge Base documents

Lists the documents in your Agent's Knowledge Base, newest first, 50 per page — the same list the Knowledge Base Manager page shows. Use it to find the id of a document you want to remove. Removed documents are not listed.

ready — in use by your Agent. processing — still being added. similar / contradiction — waiting for an Admin to decide a duplicate or contradiction review. duplicate — not added because the same document is already there. failed — could not be added. needs_support — our team needs to look at it. with_our_team — a review is with our team. pending — a review decision is being applied.
